This page explains what information Every Rally Counts collects through its website, why it's collected, and how it's handled. This is a preliminary, informational policy — see our terms page and internal legal review checklist for its current status.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site — to book a session, offer equipment, volunteer, confirm a donation, or contact us — we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email, phone number (if provided), and the details relevant to that request. We do not collect payment information, tax identification numbers, or financial account details through this site.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your request and coordinate sessions, donations, or volunteering.
- To keep a record of verified impact (only with information you choose to share).
- To improve how Every Rally Counts communicates and organizes its work.
Information about minors
Where a form involves a participant under 18, information should be submitted by a parent or guardian, and guardian consent is required before a session is confirmed. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children without a guardian's involvement.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are retained only as long as needed to coordinate sessions, donations, or volunteering, and for basic record-keeping of verified impact. You can request deletion at any time — see below.
Publishing donor and participant information
Donor names, participant names, and other personal details are never published without explicit permission. Our impact reporting uses aggregate numbers, not personal details, unless someone has specifically opted in to public recognition.
Who sees this information
Form submissions are routed to Jonah Blumenthal for the purpose of responding to your request. Where a form service (like Formspree) is used, information passes through that service's infrastructure — see their own privacy policy for how they handle data in transit.
Requesting deletion
To request that your information be deleted, email jonahiblumenthal@gmail.comand we'll remove it from our records.
